All the quantities we use on sales/purchase forms are whole integers, so the decimal format assigned isn't necessary. I don't seem to be able to edit the properties for the Quantity fields to change from decimal to integer status, any ideas?   Also is there a way to edit what is displayed in the drop down when selecting items? Hi John, This is normal; you did not set anything up wrong  . When you log into Method you can be logged into one of several different servers if you have not been on that server before it will need to regenerate any screens you have edited. -Michael

I created a new workorder list screen so I could post reports on it. From time to time when i log in, like in the morning, i get this notice saying its Re-generating the screen that I made. Its not all the time, it justs once or twice durning the day. I am still able to log in and go to that screen. Was just wondering if i set something up ...

Michael, I am looking at the last post you made here and I have two questions.  1. If i do some extra work at one of the 8 properties and i invoice it, will it still post to the main customer? 2. Hi akoumjian, Method charges $0.15 per 5 minute interval of active portal usage ‐ rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes. Method is able to distinguish between active usage and passive login time. Andy K, Currently there is no way to restrict what kind of Scheduled Reports a user can create. They either have full access to creating Scheduled Reports or no access. If the user requires the same report every week you can just have the scheduled report be generated every week for that user. The alternative is to create a report in Method using ...

We are in the process of developing a portal for our vendors to udpate us on order status, etc. I see that the pricing for Portal logins is $0.15/ 5 minutes. I wanted to clarify how this works. Is it $.15 for every 5 minutes they are logged in, even when the window is not in focus?

Okay, I think I figured out number 1. Just select once only on number 6 when doing scheduled reports and make the run date the current date? If there's a quicker way, please let me know.
