The New Field or Edit Field screens must have a refresh on the back button because I lose the filter on the Field list grid each time I add a new field or click a field to view.
Could this be fixed?

Those BillLineItem are all saved, and synced to QBs already. I also tried to update "Customer" with a hard-code customer name, the system has no warning/error, however, the field are not modified.

Sorry for the late response. The "Shared Customer Contacts" option is simply a filter view for the contacts grid. This option will show all contacts that you have permission to view. The stock screen does not contain an "All Contacts" filter. My guess is that this is a custom filter view that was not setup ...

You should be able to update the Customer on the LineItems if they already exist without any extra steps. Would you be able to take a screenshot of your actions? or perhaps describe how the process works for your actions?
Are you using the Update Fields in table action before the Item has been added to the Bill? Or is this updating ...

After some testing here, it would appear there is an issue with syncing Vendor notes for QuickBooks Online accounts. Although the 'Notes' field is contained on the Entity table as you observed, the notes added from QBO do not actually sync here, or anywhere within Method for Vendors at the moment (only Customers)
