It’s possible to do but you would need to do some customize. You could create new fields in the customer table to track the defaults and have those populated when you select which customer you want to create an invoice for or if you want to get fancy you can even set it up so that it pulls the settings from the last invoice that was ...

Not sure why this error is occuring, but it happens every time I attempt to double click to select an Opportunity to record a message to when archiving. After I clear the error I can upload the message to Method, it just gives me this error on Step 2, the selection screen.

In both the Invoice and Estimate tables there are the fields IsToPrint and IsToBeEmailed. These fields determine whether an invoice or estimate should be emailed or printed through QuickBooks. On the current standard invoice screen the To be emailed and To be printed checkboxes are synced with QuickBooks.
