Hi Geekoid,
You may encounter this issue if you have the DPI setting on your windows machine set to another setting, i.e. 125% in windows 7, or another similar setting. Is this the case for you as well? As I use this windows setting of increased fonts, I've encountered this issue as well.
Regards,
Denis

I wanted to give you an update. On today's new version of Method you can now set the accuracy level on the "Reset map" action while customizing a screen.
1. Edit the Reset Map action.
2. Click Set Map Attributes.
3. Set Min Accuracy to "Zip/Postal Code".
4. Add a Plot Addresses action ...

I had this issue using Firefox, so I switched to IE, but I'm still having the same issue. When I am customizing a sceen, I can't scroll to the bottom where the buttons, "Publish" and "Save & Close", can be displayed so that I can click on any of them. It will show briefly and then disappear behind the bottom of the ...

Filed under: How do I synchronize CRM with QuickBooks?
Today you'll see a new Method Integration Engine (the synchronization manager that syncs QuickBooks with Method CRM). Here are the changes:
QuickBooks Item Groups - big changes were made so that Item Groups can be added on Method and have the items in the group populate ...

Dear Method,
Thanks for the responses. So it appears if the debit/credit sign is correct (Assets and Expense = Debit, Liability & Income = Credit, etc), then QB displays absolute value which is postive. If the sign is the opposite, QB displays with a dash/negative sign. That would make it easy for developers like me to ...

Hi Kristin,
With out knowing the specific requirements for your report, I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to track - the amount of time it takes your opportunities or leads to convert into customers? What does the % stand for? I recommend looking at looking at my colleague's blog post on creating charts. For reference you can also ...

Hi Jacques,
One thing I wanted to add to the above, is that there is a work around to this which as with estimates, applies to invoices, however it will only work if your team only uses Method, as problems will come up if you use both QuickBooks and Method to assign RefNumber (invoice number) to the invoice. Have a look at that recent post by ...
-
Hi Jacques,
As answered above, the reason for this is that Method needs to wait for QuickBooks to assign an invoice number
to that particular invoice. The caveat here is that if Method is not
immediately syncing with QuickBooks, whether because QB isn't open, or
because there are resolve conflicts or problems with the invoice, this ...

Hi Jacques,
You can certainly do this by placing a button on the purchase order screen that will display the home -> items screen in a pop-up using the "display pop-up" action; this would enable you to modify your items list with out switching screens per-se, but if you wish to go further and open the item screen on the condition ...

I am trying to figure out a way to create a report (possibly a chart or graph) to basically track our Sales Opportunites movement through the Pipeline. I want to be able to generate a report for each of our Sales Reps that shows how long it took their opportunities to move from 10% to 100%. Can anyone offer a solution for this? I've ...
