    pdirect, From the estimate screen if you click on More Actions &gt; Customize Templates... it will bring up a popup that will allow you to set the default templates to be used and a link to download the Method Report Designer to customize templates. You can find webinars on how to use Method Report Designer here. -Michael&nbsp;

    Tammy, If you customize the grid on the FieldService_WorkOrderList screen you can add the ShipAddressAddr2 column and use that to sort/filter as needed based on the address. When you create or edit a work order you can set the Route under the Additional Settings tab. -Michael&nbsp;

    Can I delete the &quot;contact us&quot; link from the customer sign in portal? The link appears under the login and password fields. On my website the Iframe that I am using is too small for the form to fit.
