Is there a process to have a web form integrate with method and have the information put into specific fields and create a customer lead?  If so How?

I have created a customer portal with screens that display customer account information. How do I set up a "pay now" screen? what tables and fields should data be pulled from? is there a template or do I need to create a table from scratch? Do I need to set up the payment gateway first?

Ok that's great news! I won't be doing actual estimates until March, but I would like to be capable ahead of time. HTML will definately make the estimates look more professional and polished.
