Is there a process to have a web form integrate with method and have the information put into specific fields and create a customer lead?  If so How?  

This is very strange. I was able to use the mobile app on my HTC touch pro using 6.1 on my wireless network at home with no issues. I have created a customer portal with screens that display customer account information. How do I set up a "pay now" screen? what tables and fields should data be pulled from? is there a template or do I need to create a table from scratch? Do I need to set up the payment gateway first?
