When I go into a particular subaccount and try to change/add any information like a phone number or email address, I get the "Customer/Vendor/Other Name is alerady in use" message.

I have an active case that I opened. There are two existing entries in it with a note to email the contact on saving. There is one case dialogue that was entered but belongs to a different case.
