Yes, Is it possible to have employees view history of clients without creating transactions? We have sales reps that also field cutomer service questions. I would love to have them be able to do this but control the creation of invoices.

I am trying to create an Invoice from a Work Order in Field Service Center, and the resulting invoice has no BILL TO or SHIP TO addresses. I am using the Method Screens, so I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, or if I am supposed to customize the FieldService_CreateInvoices screen by myself?

I believe this topic was touched on in another post; however, this is just a suggestion. I would like the option to delete all the conflicts under Resolve Conflicts with one check box. Otherwise, it is very tedious to select and delete each one.
However, would selecting 7 days for transaction history automatically remove those conflicts ...

Hey Wsenglish,
This is an easy fix. If you ever delete a tab or screen, there are two easy steps:
1) Freak-out that you lost your tab forever.
2) Breathe a sigh of relief as you realize you can restore a tab by going to customize -> Tabs section. You can restore screens by importing them from the Method Library.
