• Re: Loop Through Table Does Not Return Values

Hi Ben, I have found a specific scenario in which I am having an issue. It appears, as mahlonf has postefd about (https://www.method.me/cs/forums/t/9581.aspx), that the Loop through Table Action's Order By setting does not work at all. regardless of what is selected, the results return in RecordID order. This is problematic because I want ...

  • Re: Export to Excel

Mahlon, A work around for the moment would be to create a report to match the columns and generate the report as an Excel file instead of pdf. It's more work than having the action available, but it might help in the mean time.

  • Re: Webform Question

Hi Kelly, When utilizing the Method:Classic Web-to-Lead forms, what is actually generated is HTML code which you place directly onto your site. When you make changes to the template, the Code changes, and you would need to copy this again onto your site. Let me know if you are having any troubles with this and I'll be happy to help out ...

  • Export to Excel

When can we get an Export to Excel action? I know we can use the import / export tool, but this is a bit clumsy because we cannot save the columns or filters for repeated future exports.

  • Webform Question

If I create a webform and post it on my site, and then go back to Method and update the internal email template and/or receipents, do I need to go back and update the webform on the site? Nothing on web form UI was changed.

  • Re: Trying to get link to contact with MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4

Hi Steven, The URL will take you to the screen and open the customer record as long as you are passing a valid RecordID for that table and screen. How are you retrieving the RecordID? If you are getting it directly from the Customer List screen, then you'll want to use the Entity RecordID, as the RecordID is for the Contacts table. There is ...

  • Construction Company Usage

Hi, I was wondering if any one uses method:crm for their construction company and if you had any pros and cons about using the system? I want to make sure it is a good fit for our company, so I am curious as to how it integrates into another remodeling or construction business.

Thanks for your help. However, with that change, I now get a url that looks like this "http://MIurl.cc/QdM8xmi" which takes me directly to method crm but not the specific customer I was referencing. Is it possible to go directly to that Customer? I am using the recordID of the person I want to see on the Customers ...

Hi Steven, First off, let me welcome you to the Method forum! I gave this API call a try on my own account using similar values to what you provided and ended up with a similar result. The URL I received was just a string of random characters. I believe this was meant to return a complete URL, but for some reason, that's not what's ...
