If you pick a table first and click Import Data you'll get that option.

I am trying to do this. But on the Import data screen, item # 2 says to "Pick a Table." I'm in Customize/Integration Tools/Import/Export Menu.
I don't see "2. Set Options". Set "Update existing records by matching the key fields" to be checked" anywhere.

By default clicking on the customer name uses the action Go To Tab Link and by default it takes you to the Customer Center>Customer List.
It looks like you created a new tab named RH Customers and either deleted or don't have the Customer Center tab visible in the role you are in. ...
