I am putting in Bills, associating them wihth existig P.O.s but am unable to go into the Bill Payment Screen, select several bills, or even just one, mark it paid by credit card and post it.

i went to do another synch (as i just go in and do the synch on the main computer w/ the qb file open etc, manually, not continually sync) .. but there is no 'm' icon in the sys tray -
but that's where i sync'd it last time and so shouldn't i see that and get a sync going?

When I choose the file to import and click the import data button, nothing happens.

1 Choose to import or export
2. Pick a table
3 Choose File to import
4 click 'import data'

If you pick a table first and click Import Data you'll get that option.

I am trying to do this. But on the Import data screen, item # 2 says to "Pick a Table." I'm in Customize/Integration Tools/Import/Export Menu.
I don't see "2. Set Options". Set "Update existing records by matching the key fields" to be checked" anywhere.

This Method account was never properly set up for Right Networks which requires that TCP/IP Supports Roaming. This is an option that would have to be enabled (by us) when using Method with Right Networks…but ...

I'm going to take a shot in the dark here...
By default clicking on the customer name uses the action Go To Tab Link and by default it takes you to the Customer Center>Customer List.
It looks like you created a new tab named RH Customers and either deleted or don't have the Customer Center tab visible in the role you are in. ...
