Hello brendanb,
Thank you for reporting the issue. We are aware of this issue and our dev team is currently looking into it. Can you email support@method.me with your company account details?

We have a means of clearing out all the conflicts listed in Method. Please send me an email confirming that you want this done on your account and I will put in a request.

Did you customize the screen where this email is being sent from?
Did you change any of the stock email templates or create your own and are using those?

Hey David,
When I first posted above, I had you confused with another user of ours.
Can you please email me your company name. Please send it to r.bell@methodintegration.com. I need to confirm some details on your account.

Thanks for the forwarding me the email.
It may be the port set for sending email.
Go To Customize > My Account and click on Default Email Preferences change the port to be 587
