 Hi Michele, In Outlook, try going to View > Toolbars and ensure MethodCRM has a checkmark. Let me know if you then able to see the "Add to MethodCRM" option on your toolbar. Hope this helps.

Does Method have it's own SMTP gateway for connecting to an exchange email server?

Sometimes when we send email, we get the following error (when sending from Method).  Any idea why this is happening and how to prevent it? *******ERROR******* Error'Action Sequesnce 31. Error with user authentication: Server says 500 5.5.1 Command unrecognized. "AUTH LOGIN"

Hi Fanni, Take a look at the email templates, head over to: Home > Email Templates. Pull up the template it is using and see where the extra merge/text is to edit. - Mortaza

One of my employees all of a sudden cannot login using his Google account. Error: Error: Error: A Google ID already exists for that email address http://postimg.org/image/x2yjf9blh/

Please let me know if I have this straight, because I am a bit confused. I am going to use Google Apps Sync because my company currently uses gmail and I want to sync gmail with Method??? Google apps sync will synchronize my gmail with Outlook, which will allow me to synchronize my email with Method???
