Hi Rugged I know it seems like it's not a field length issue but I think it is.  I just checked and it works fine in my account with letters at the end. The max is 11 characters in QB and therefore in method too.

Hi Mark, The web forms were never meant to be a stepping stone for a shopping cart although I can see where someone would think that.  We don't have any plans to create a shopping cart for Method.  If that ever changes down the road, our MSP's would be the first to find out. Cheers, Danny
