  Hi Amanda, I successfully sent e-mails via Customer List for all five customers separately, so all of the e-mail addresses are fine in that respect.  But I still get the same error when I try to send it to all five at once from List Builder.   So I need another suggestion.

When using the sync button in outlook, all of the activities are being created from Method into Outlook are defaulting to September 30 2010 at 5:00.  None of the activities have that date standing on their own.  Appointments syncing from Outlook to Method appear to be OK and going to the right place. This is a note to anyone who have experienced a bug, where a hidden checkbox field value that had a default value as “true” was appearing in Method as “false” - the bug is fixed.
