Hi Ian,
We got the problem figured out. The reason why your clients had problems submitting the web forms is because one of the servers that we have, had an invalid configuration and occasionally users which were submitting the web form, ended up using it.
We have it fixed now and made sure this doesn't happen again in the future.

A little more detail might help. We have a generic email that all leads come in through email. I personally manage that and then assign the lead to the appropriate person. You can launch Method manually by going to:
Start > Programs > Method > Method Integration Engine for Use with QuickBooks.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Method engine?

Is this PO being created on a customized PO screen or the stock Method screen? If it is on a customized screen, please try creating a PO in the stock PO screen and see if the sync is still looping.

Yes, you can for sure leave .NET Framework 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0, since the problem seems to occur only in version 3.5 and version 4.0 of the .NET Framework.

Whilst the sync process appears to go through all tables sucessfully using either full sync or changes only - the date on the control panel remains unchanged. Is this something you can help with please.

Method installs along side any Quickbooks insallation you may have; so you must install Method on the main "QB" server, as well as any additional computers that run QB. OK, so I just deleted what I believe are all of the screen load actions, and I am still getting the error. I see there is a new post on 12/29 where somebody else is getting the same thing. I'm not sure how you identified what to delete - maybe you deleted something different than I did.
