    Glad to hear it. Usually it&#39;s a one-off thing where Quickbooks interacts with our Sync engine badly and damages it. It&#39;s quite rare, so hopefully you won&#39;t have to deal with this again. Cheers, Naeem

    Hi Krp, We&#39;ve seen this problem before.&nbsp;Basically, something funky happened during the QB install which is not allowing Method to talk to QuickBooks correctly.     Hi James, As it stands, there are two field mechanisms that exist on the field order screen -- either you can have a field shared by a series, in which case every occurence has that updated (past, present, future), or you can update the field on an individual occurence and the field would be updated on just that one occurence.
