No you can definitely use Method and do other work all in the same browser, sometimes people run into caching issues which is why we advise to either try a different browser or clear their browser cache. Hi Ben B,
This may have been one of those weird caching issues, we usually see this happen with Google Chrome and not so much with Firefox. If you encounter a problem in the future try clearing the browser cache then try again, and as you already know, the alternative would be to try a different browser.

Hi Dottie,
Are we talking about the same QuickBooks_TimeTracking screen? To access it go to the QuickBooks Tab Group (top right of the screen) > Click on the Employees tab > then click the Time Tracking tab link. The fields exist in the TimeTracking table so they can be added to the screen and grid, see my screenshot below.

First let me expand on previous post: If you don't setup your own Default Email Preferences in Method, you do have a limited amount of emails that can be sent which I believe is 500. But if you setup your own email account to send the messages through, i.e. Gmail, then there is no limit imposed by Method.

There's no limit in the amount of emails you can send via Method. However there may be a limit imposed by your email provider, especially concerning Open Relay messaging. I'm not sure whether or not Google has any limits imposed, however it would be best to check with them or search for the answer using a search engine. ...

Not sure why it doesn't have a type, it should be either a Lead/Customer or Vendor. What happens if you select the result with an empty type field? Do you see the customers information? If so add the contact to that record then refresh your Method web page and see if the new contact is associated with the correct Customer.

Hi Marcelo,
Click on the Contact was not found link on the Google Gadget then search for the customers name. You'll be able to select the customer and add this name/email as an additional contact. Hope this helps!
