What you could do is to edit the CRM_Listbuilder screen and add the address fields to the grid on Step 2 of the Listbuilder. To edit the screen, create a copy of the CRM_Listbuilder screen then edit the copy. Once you are in the screen designer, you can edit the grid in Step 2:

The codec could make it difficult to transfer the video to another format. Could you tell me what version of Windows and the version of Windows Media Player you are using? I'll try to replicate this on my computer.

I've just ran this webinar on my computer and it worked. Can you tell me which video player you are using? While I realize the other videos work, but have you tried reinstalling the codec?

Hi Garrett,
I can see your custom fields but not your Workers Comp or General Liability fields. I'll need to get my hands on a copy of a Contractor's Edition to really test this. In my research so far, I can't find any mention of these fields and how they interact with third party applications with the SDK. I'll keep digging ...

I was able to recreate this error by selecting a template that wasn't related to a purchase order (eg. an invoice or estimate template). Is it possible you selected a template that isn't for purchase orders?

Hi Ben,
The tables you see in your old account are from the discontinued Method Warehouse app. Over the summer, we removed these tables from any new accounts, which is why you don't see them in your new trial. These weren't tables that connected to QuickBooks, so there's no lost functionality.

Sorry for the late reply. From the look of the screen, they are QuickBooks custom fields. I believe they should sync. Could you turn on MethodSupport for the account? I'm wondering if we were looking in the wrong place before.

Sorry my apologies. You'll actually have to copy the QuickBooks_Invoice screen from Customize > Screens. Then edit the copy and click edit on the Save & Email button in the Footer section.
