1) Why would you add an email field to the Estimate Line grid? Are you referring to the Estimate screen itself, or the Estimate Line Grid? Either way, adding this to your Estimate table wouldn't make it available on your Invoice table, you'd have to add it there separately.

Hi Cameron,
It just populates the dropdown field with what you've specified in the action. If it's not an option in the dropdown, you will get an error when you attempt to Save the Activity. If it is an option in the dropdown, it will get matched up to that entry.
Could you describe some more about how your filtering works?
