     Hey Kelly, This is something that currently cannot be done in Method. We do have the checkbox "To be emailed" because this is the same field you would see in QuickBooks. If you use this field, then you can go into QuickBooks and send all your invoices/estimates as a batch.

    In a way yes. The templates will auto-fill those fields, so there is less chance of something being typed incorrectly if you do this yourself.  The only way I've been able to even come close to reproducing this is to put in an email without the correct format for the 'Email From' field (like missing the @ ...

     Thanks for coming back to me Ryan. However I am trying to use it on the list builer screen. The button that I use to send email on this screen is the process all button. Is this the button I need to add the action, character function or is it on the email template button ?

     I followed the instructions to set up my email with Method, and I received a test email. Unfortunately, I still see the donotreply@methodintegration.com in my Web Forms as a greyed out box. I double checked my settings, logged out and back in, and it still won't let me change the default address. Any suggestions?
