 Hey, The List Builder screen currently allows you to send email, since you are working with that screen, you should copy it instead of Activity screen. Take a look into the "Process All" button. This will get you heading in the right direction.

Hi Tony, I've looked into whether there is another alternative besides the one I already outlined and unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any.  If it gets too complicated you can always contact your Business Systems Consultant and they would be able to customize this for you.
