To remove the Add-In go to:
XP - Control Panel > Add/Uninstall Programs
Vista/Windows 7 – Control Panel > Programs and Features

I have looked into this and found that it's an SDK limitation that keeps us from accessing this information. This means that no 3rd party app would be able to do this.
However, because this is Method, we can build a custom table that will allow you to store multiple Ship To details in Method.
