I have 6000+ customers in my QB customer list, and when I try to create a Current List using Listbuilder by filling it with customers, it takes forever (more than 30 minutes) to process through this modest number of customers. Can MI not do this any faster? If so, are there settings that I can change to speed it up?

Gregory - I'm a certified Method consultant and Solution Provider and provide method support and customization services. To answer your question, the computer assigned will be filled in when you do your next sync from that computer. Go to that computer that you'd like Method to sync with and run the syncronization. Gregory updated his Method password, so we updated it in the engine and everything seemed to be working fine.

Hey Gregory,
Go to the computer you want to act as the main syncing computer and log into Method. Once you login, go to the QB tab in Method and click Reset again beside "Computer to sync with". Once that is empty(or if it was still empty), Open QB and allow it to sync. Once the sync is complete, run a full sync.

Greg,
Since this is an installation issue, you can give your consultant a call (Amanda Mahadeo) at 1-888-925-6238 ext. 721. If she doesn't pickup the call right away, leave a message and she will get back to you.

I inadvertently hit the Reset button, presuming I would get a chance to change the computer name if I wished. Instead, it removed the computer name with the message "This account has no computer assigned", and I don't see any way now to restore the original computer name in this field. How would I do that?

I have the sync frequency set to every 15 min, and it has been well ...

Hey Ian,
I will need a bit more information, answer my questions below and I'll take a look into this.
1. What QB version are you using?
2. Are you creating this client in Method?
3. Is it messing up after you click save?
4. Is it messing up after the sync?
5. Is it only showing like this when you fill out an invoice?
Let me know ...

Inventory Items belonging to the "Group" Type are displaying $0.00 Cost when they are used in Estimates, both on-screen and on the Method-generated quote forms.
Is there a fix for this?
Group item types are very critical to the operation of my company.
