Method Community

If our client does not have their own computer equipment, and is using a hosting service (their QB software and company file is on that hosted server), are there any sync'ing/connectivity issues that we need to be aware of? 

 If a client has a single user license in Quickbooks, does the Method sync engine use that singe license when it syncs?  In otherwords, can a client with only a single user license sync with Method?

Hey Greg, I would double check how many items your able to see, or how many items are on the table your using for the dropdown. You can double check how many items your seeing by adding the RecordID to the dropdown column. I just ran into the same problem.  The answer is, that in the table you want to link to, you have to make the field you are linking to a "unique" field.  Then it will show on the list in addition to record id.

I'm getting the exact same error on a page I designed.  I added a button to "Refresh Grid" and when that button is clicked, the error you stated appears.  I have to re-select my customer to reload the page.
