OK. Reconfiguring my email worked. Apparently Method doesn't like my Windows Live/Hotmail email account, so I switched to another (Gmail) account and everything worked. Thanks for your help, Amanda!

Where are you sending the email from? For example are you sending the email from the QuickBooks_Invoice screen?
Did you customize the screen where this email is being sent from?
Did you change any of the stock email templates or create your own and are using those?

I have tried to use the list builder feature to send mass emails to all my exisiting opt in customers. I have gmail set up as the provider but it only allows about 300 per day and that doesnt work any suggestions

It may be the port set for sending email.
Go To Customize > My Account and click on Default Email Preferences change the port to be 587

Ok-I now have my access and want to specifically add an attachment to an email template through the activities screen so that this will record on my daily activity.
Please let me know the steps that I can take to customize this option for all our method users in this office.

The basic functions of Method are the same across all accounts, and mine is not rounding up. Could you email me your Method account name and enable the MethodSupport user? You can do this by going to Customize > Users and checking the checkbox next to the MethodSupport user.
