This will allow who ever clicks the link to open their default client with some preset parameters (Subject, CC, BCC, Body).  Hi Laura, I've emailed and left you a vm message regarding getting the client's account name. In the mean time, a workaround may be to try to import field services again in order to get that screen back, and then add the tab link in under customize -> tabs. Regards, Denis
