Hi Jack, Would you be able to send me the name of the newly bugged screen? We are very close to a resolution here. Hi Mike, You are correct. You'll need to use LIKE instead of CONTAINS. FullName LIKE '%Main Account%'  Let me know if you run into any further issues! Ben
