I dont seem to have a feild "note" on our device's (blackberry 9700) that is mapped to the notes section in quickbooks that syncs to the weekly timesheet note area. I was told that it by default syncs but where is this "note" section in xora? Do i have to set it up as a flex feild? please help. ...

I specify which sales tax to use and only the pre tax total shows on the work order.
The sales tax shows OK on Estimates and Invoices but not on the work order which is taken to the field.

Please see the subject, I could not find a field from Table ItemReceiptLineItem that corresponds to a purchase order number.
I am sure it is somehow linked, I just could not find where i can get that info.
Does anybody know where I can get the PO number?

Sounds like your sync history is set to the default setting of 31 days. Check out the post below to change your settings.

Hi there
We create some invoices/estimates and PO's in Quickbooks - and some are created in Method
When I look in Method, I can see all the outstandoing incvoices created in Method - and the most recent created in Quickbooks - but not the older invoices created in Quickbooks? Same with estimates and POs.
I'm I getting something ...
