Hi there
We create some invoices/estimates and PO's in Quickbooks - and some are created in Method
When I look in Method, I can see all the outstandoing incvoices created in Method - and the most recent created in Quickbooks - but not the older invoices created in Quickbooks? Same with estimates and POs.
I'm I getting something ...

One thing I'll add is that if you are using the Method FIeld Services application, the invoices get created for you based on what you have dispatched to your techs in the scheduling calendar.
If you haven't installed Method Field Services yet, you can do so by going to Customize > My Account, and ...

Hey Wilna,
I just wanted to toss in that you don't have to create 2 WO's. You can create one that starts on day 1, and ends at the end of day 2. It's really your choice how you want to do it.

Hey Jim,
When using Method, you will always need to enter in an Item Name in order to enter in Rates. You could create a dummy file to represent work done, then edit the Description and Rate accordingly.
Although we cannot copy what QB's does 100%, we do build the screens with as much functionality as QB when possible.
