Hi Ryan, I double-checked the email setup, and it's fine too.  As for contacting my business consultant, I'm it!  I've also had other users (consultants) say they're the same error when they try it.

 I think there may be some confusion about what syncing means. What Ryan is demoing in webinar 26 is a push of Outlook contact info to Method. Syncing would allow one to change contact info in Method and have those changes sync back to Outlook, or if changes were made in Outlook they would sync up to Method. I have a huge problem.  I discovered that my admin role had a missing Mobile User role.  I went to add this to my Role/Groups for Admin and then when I logged in with my user name, then the only roles I had available are Mobile USERS, Support, and Sales.  I have no ADMIN role anymore even though I am setup for for those tab links ...
