I tried to check that video out but it would not load, I got a message that there was an error on the website.
If you put it on YouTube, I can take a look. I think it's a great idea to pass over a video, smart thinking.

is there an easy way to copy a workorder so we can retain the data and then just easily change the date?Is this present, or do I need to build, ?
I tried reoccuring dates and making just one reooccurence, but frankly, that is too complex for service techs in the tield.

Hey Stephen,
I just wanted to update you on my findings. It looks like FireFox is not supported for our mobile site. If you want to test out your mobile screens on a pc, its recommended that you use IE 8.0.
We may support FireFox in the future, we will have a blog posting about it when it's ready.

I tried using the Filter String and it appeared to work fine. I was able to see all opportunities that match the 2 criteria for Opportunity stage and Close Date.
