 Hi Laura, We currently do not support any technical troubleshooting on QuickBooks hosted environment. Method would work on these systems, but does require a lot of configuration that we cannot provide. The only hosted solutions we support are InsynQ and Right Networks. Hope this helps!

 Hey Laura, If you only have 1 QB license, yes Method will sync fine. You can actually be logged into QB and working using the single license while Method is syncing.

If our client does not have their own computer equipment, and is using a hosting service (their QB software and company file is on that hosted server), are there any sync'ing/connectivity issues that we need to be aware of? 

 If a client has a single user license in Quickbooks, does the Method sync engine use that singe license when it syncs?  In otherwords, can a client with only a single user license sync with Method?
