Hi,
Would it be possible for you to email me your account, the screen name and the process you use to get to the error? I can have a quick look for you.
Also, did you make any changes to a related table by chance? Remove a field from a table that might be used in the action that is failing?

We have a custom screen that allowed us to duplicate a SKU and then add a couple of lines to the description field. This morning we are getting the following error message.

I cannot add a filter to a new or existing snapshot and sucessfully save. In either case, when I click save the save button disables and nothing occurs on the page for several minutes.

That's some pretty technical stuff that a standard business user must peform. No way my employees would be able to perform those steps. For some reason Method has created multiple UOM records and it's causing a sync problem to QB.
On my item inventory UOM dropdown (the UnitOfMeasureSet table) I have 5 'By the Case' records. QB only shows 1. How can I fix this?
