Hi Kelly,
The settings under Customize > My Account > Default Email Preference should be the default settings. You shouldn't have to go in there and switch it between you and Judy. You can contact your ISP to confirm what the settings there should be.

Yes, I’m actually in the process of notifying past beta users for this app. We are packaging it this week making it available shortly.

Hi amanda,
Thanks for the post. Actually, they are in the customer information. 2010 added these to this version. We use them to hold pricing and other info on the customers. They sit under the tab "additional infomation". only 5 of the defined shop up in the field list in method.

Well I got that to work my new question is I dont see an area to pull Lead information. Can you lead me to the where I can go to find my lead activities.

ok i madde it past the opening and now I have another question. I am following the webinar how to build an easy report to create a report I am having issue with the date set area my area is blank there is no information under the field area data set.
