 Can you give me a timeframe when this is going to happen, because we are really running out of time, we can't wait and do nothing, as we need a system to keep our business running.  Any updates on this issue? Right now our real data is on the method server, we want to make sure it is encryped when transmitted. If this can not be done, we need to look something else, despite how much I like Method.

 Hi K.C, It's meant to be a filter. So if you want to filter the grid you can enter the criteria and then click on the little 'filter icon'. Notice, if you type something in one of columns (filter field) you'll see a new filter icon appearing with an X across it, this will remove any filter criteria you entered for the grid.
