    I&#39;m relatively new to any of the customization options and one of the things I am struggling with is how to search or filter customers by state or some predetermined region. Is there a way to add a box to the customer center or filter in some other way to select only those customers in say &quot;New York&quot;? &nbsp;

    &nbsp;Hi Ian, I confirmed that it is not possible to check /uncheck the checkbox on the PDF report. Can you tell me why you want to be able to check/ uncheck that box? Are you hoping that the value from that box would go back to Method? If you outline the goal you are trying to achieve we might be able to come up with another alternative.
