How to add the series, when are they updated, the difference between a one time work order/ activity vs. a recurring work order/ activity.  Amanda,   That worked.  Did not realize there were a couple of duplicate records in the first table, which meant I could not set it as a unique field and add it as a drop down in the second table.    Thanks much!

 Hi SavageJim, You need to create an association between the tables before you can use the 'Add a Linked Field' option. So for instance, you have Table A and Table B, you then have to figure out something unique that links the two tables. For example, you can add a dropdown field to Table A, 'Full Name' that contains ...
