Just want to confirm if you are referring to recurring work order / activity? How to add the series, when are they updated, the difference between a one time work order/ activity vs. a recurring work order/ activity. Please feel free to add more details so we don't cover something else by mistake. We appreciate your feedback.

That worked. Did not realize there were a couple of duplicate records in the first table, which meant I could not set it as a unique field and add it as a drop down in the second table.
