Hi amanda, Thanks for the post.   Actually, they are in the customer information.  2010 added these to this version.  We use them to hold pricing and other info on the customers.  They sit under the tab "additional infomation".  only 5 of the defined shop up in the field list in method.

Well I got that to work my new question is I dont see an area to pull Lead information. Can you lead me to the where I can go to find my lead activities.

ok i madde it past the opening and now I have another question. I am following the webinar how to build an easy report to create a report I am having issue with the date set area my area is blank there is no information under the field area data set.

I tried to open it again and now it has invalid object name spider security .

 I am trying to build a report but everytime I try to log into the report designer I get  the error Failed to open a list of views Reason given was that the connectionstring property has not been initalized.   Can you please help me get thru this so that I can work on writing a basic report!

Hello Tina, Where in QB did you populate those 15 custom fields? For instance did you use in on Invoice, Service Item, Estimate, etc? The reason I'm asking you this, is if you added the custom fields to different transaction areas in QuickBooks then those fields will be in different tables. Yesterday, Judy and I finally figured out the right email settings for us to send activity emails to one another.  Both of us have the role of Admin within Method.  Everytime, I go into Account and change the email settings to me, it changes for her.  Should this be?  Also, yesterday we were doing fine ...

I have populated the 15 custom fields in Quick books and want to place in my method.  When I try to insert into a screen only the first few show up, even after a recent sync.  Is there a way to get method to read and import the custom fields it is not linking to the field database?
