Problem is the Admin person is the one that is locked out with the wrong permissions. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey David,
We have noticed that if you have an apostrophe is the tab name, its causing the link to act up. If you are using an apostrophe in the name, try taking it out and testing if it works. We should have this resolved shortly.
If this is not the case, we made need to book consulting time to look into your account.

I am having a problem creating Tab Links when I create a new Tab. If I click to edit Tab Links on a pre-existing tab the Tab Links dialog box opens allowing me to configure the links. However, when I do the same thing on a brand new tab I can't get to the dialog box. Anyone else experiencing this ...

Hello LilAaron,
The person (Admin) who created the account should be able to log in and modify the access for that user under Customize > Users. Check the welcome e-mail that was sent when the account was set up to confirm the log in info for the Admin if you are not sure. Hope this helps.

I accidentally locked my only user out of my account with access only to sales & marketing. How do I release the user and give it complete access again?

Thanks, that helps a bunch and I think I understand. I only need to work with NonInventory and Service Items, so I think I'm going to be safe in my interpretation of the views into the master Items table and the associated Screen definitions.
I suppose these various views into the master Items table greatly improves performance ...
