Do you have any unresolved conflicts in the account? It's also helpful to check which table the engine is getting caught on if you can watch the engine.

It’s hard to tell from this end what has changed. It won’t hurt to try the uninstall / reinstall option and see if that helps. Please keep us posted.

Check with your IT people and see if you have any software that is blocking Network Traffic. We are also looking into this on our end. I will update this thread when I hear from them.
