 Hey David, We have noticed that if you have an apostrophe is the tab name, its causing the link to act up. If you are using an apostrophe in the name, try taking it out and testing if it works. Hi all, I am having a problem creating Tab Links when I create a new Tab.  If I click to edit Tab Links on a pre-existing tab the Tab Links dialog box opens allowing me to configure the links.  However, when I do the same thing on a brand new tab I can't get to the dialog box.  Anyone else experiencing this ...

 Hello LilAaron, The person (Admin) who created the account should be able to log in and modify the access for that user under Customize > Users. Check the welcome e-mail that was sent when the account was set up to confirm the log in info for the Admin if you are not sure. Hope this helps.

I accidentally locked my only user out of my account with access only to sales & marketing.  How do I release the user and give it complete access again?
