By default the Contacts table should have the Taglist field, are you sure you aren't importing to the "Customers" table, or any other table? Please confirm.

Our team has looked into this issue and they are not able to reproduce this error, even with the long email address. If you are able to narrow it down to what the root cause was, please post and let us know.

That sounds like a great idea. You can modify the notification email, which will remove them from receiving any of the test emails but still allow them to login.

Hey Jessica,
No, you don't need to customize anything in order to utilize the Import/Export tool. You need to access it through the Customize tab, I've responded to your email.
