I added a new salesman to our Method account this week. Tried to set up his email via his profile within Method (My profile>Notifications; uncheck default email prefs, enter gmail info and Save and Close). An error message in Method is displayed saying authentication failed. The username/password is correct b/c we are logging into Google ...

I haven't actually started using Method's internal email capabilities, so maybe you can clue me in on the basics. We do have the Outlook plugin, but from what I've seen its all about uploading information from Outlook to Method. Does the plugin handle the reverse, and download every email I send within Method back to my ...

Hi Ryan, I double-checked the email setup, and it's fine too.  As for contacting my business consultant, I'm it!  I've also had other users (consultants) say they're the same error when they try it.

Hi just wondering does anyone have an easy way to add an email button to the invoice window, so when you create an invoice in method you can click the email button and off it goes to the customer. Thanks.

Ben, Yes after 300 emails with google they all fail?  any suggestions or other provider suggestions? is sending thru method mal server still an option?
