Hi Karen,
We looked into this and it appears as though it is a Microsoft Outlook issue. This link contains a possible solution, let us know if it works for you - http://www.dwheeler.com/essays/microsoft-outlook-tnef.html
If that doesn't work then we'll have to do some further digging.
Keep me posted.

I could not add a comment to a new activity in Call Center. . I could not enter anything in the desgin tab, entered in HTML and then lost it when I saved. what am I missing or is this not working... It looks like it could be a powerful feature.

We are new users to Method and we are learning. We have an office in LA and one in Portland OR. My questions is why is the system so painfully slow to load. It is slow here (PDX) and slow in LA. What's up with that?
Thanks

Hi Ernest,
This is something that would be considered technical support. Please contact your Business Systems Consultant or any one of our other consultants to assist you. We will provide an update to this post if required.
Thanks,

Hey Mike,
We are going to do some digging here and I will post an update as soon as I find something. If we cannot replicate the problem I may have to get more information from you.

Method_Amanda, any news? It's been a week and no solution has been posted. It seems really odd that I am the first person to try to use Method to create a new job. I would think quite a few of your customers would be trying to do this.

After loading the Outlook Add-on, my clients told me that instead of pdf's they were receiving win.dat files.
I un-installed the application and now can send attachments. We wonder if our clients are not using Outlook if this is what they receive. Does anyone else have the same issue?
Regards,
Karen Siewert

I have the same error message but I am running IE 8.0.6001 on Vista Home premium SP2. I recall that I had a simular issue when I was on the support side of things (i.e. I wrote the click-once app) and we ended up having to publish a new version to resolve the issue. Do you have a general resolution to this install issue?

Thanks Ryan. I guess that's really the only way to keep Method and QB synch'd in Real Time for users who might be working from both sessions.
I assume that users who are only using a Web session in Method will get their work synch'd as soon as a user opens the QB file with a Method listener open.
