Sometimes someone creates a record (a work order, an invoice, a timesheet, whatever) and it needs to be approved by one or more people before it should go into QuickBooks.
One way I could imagine doing this would be to just create a new table, like "Unapproved Timesheets". Manage the data in there until it gets all the ...

Is there any wiki's or pdf documentation available anywhere from within the Method website?
We've just taken on the task of testing MethodCRM integration with Quickbooks for our manufacturing offices/plant. I'd like to have printable docs for review/reference by office staff if necessary.
Thank you for any ...

Hello,
I tested this out on my end and I was not able to enter the same job name twice in Method. I'll look into this and let you know if there is an alternate way of doing so and get back to you.

Hey Bill,
One easy way would be to edit the opportunities grid to show more rows, you could also export the list to excel and print it. Of course If you want to create a printable report in the Method Report Designer, check out our webinar 3 steps to becoming a report guru for tips to get you started.

Is there some way to get a list (printed or on the screen) of "All Opportunities"? Scrolling through at five at a time is the only thing I have been able to do.

Not doing this in QB. This is being done in our E-Commerce package (www.americommerce.com). I was hoping that Method had the ability to fill in the features missing from QB. It would be nice if you had the abillty to link over to UPS/FEDEX and calculate shipping costs.

Hi Jacob,
When Method is configured properly it shouldn't synchronize with a non-corresponding QB file. Referring to post: http://methodintegration.com/cs/forums/p/770/2624.aspx#2624 should help to resolve this issue.
Another possible reason this issue would arise is if within Method you go to Customize > Synchronize and click ...

Hi Jacob,
When dealing with multiple QuickBooks file, you need to ensure you have the correct QuickBooks file open when you are doing the initial sync with Method. From the post it appears as though the incorrect QuickBooks file was opened during the initial sync. It might be best to cancel the method account that is not syncing to the ...
