Hi Shelley, What table is the screen built on? What steps did you take to get the message to appear and what exactly does it say? Are these custom fields dropdown by any chance…if so what table are they referencing? Getting this information will help us look into this for you.

Thanks for the update Amanda.  We will test it out this week and will let you know how activities to the 5 custom fields' and sync comes out.
