Hey Bill,

Is there some way to get a list (printed or on the screen) of "All Opportunities"? Scrolling through at five at a time is the only thing I have been able to do.

Jonathan – closing this post based on our conversation.
This was not so much an issue with Method but could have been a result of the MAJOR changes that were done in QB aside from the name change by the accountant. Let us know how things went with our solution.

Not doing this in QB. This is being done in our E-Commerce package (www.americommerce.com). I was hoping that Method had the ability to fill in the features missing from QB. It would be nice if you had the abillty to link over to UPS/FEDEX and calculate shipping costs.

Hi Jacob,
When Method is configured properly it shouldn't synchronize with a non-corresponding QB file. Referring to post: http://methodintegration.com/cs/forums/p/770/2624.aspx#2624 should help to resolve this issue.
Another possible reason this issue would arise is if within Method you go to Customize > Synchronize and click ...

When dealing with multiple QuickBooks file, you need to ensure you have the correct QuickBooks file open when you are doing the initial sync with Method. Are you currently doing this in QuickBooks and if so how? Can you elaborate on how you calculate shipping now?
Keep in mind that the Estimate to Sales Order conversion is not something that is supported by Intuit’s SDK. What’s actually happening here is Method’s mimic of this process via Method actions.

Hey Bill,
The first step when using the Outlook Plug-In is to search for the client, of course if this is new lead, you won’t find them. That is when you can select the "New Contact / Lead / Customer / Vendor.." button located in the top right section of the search screen.
