Take a look in the QuickBooks tab, under the Synchronize tab link. On this screen you can set the transaction history for all transactions or for individual transactions.

If you want to enter in lead status clients all the time, you can do it 2 ways:
1, Customize the screen so by default "Is Lead Status" is always checked.
2, Or, you can use the "Advanced Search" button that's located on the Customer List screen, and then select "New Customer (Lead Status)" from ...

Under additional information click edit lead status
On the opening page you can check or uncheck default for lead status

This seems basic but I don't know the answer - can I set permissions so that people can see some records, and not others?
For example, each lawyer can see their clients, but no one else's.
Or some people can write to a record, other people can only read it? And can I do this on a custom table?
