From what I am reading, you are trying to calculate and update the price whenever the item or Qty columns on the grid change. Where are you putting the calculated price?
To me it could be a simple as adding actions to the text change even of the item dropdown list to do “basic math” and then “Enter Value Into Field On ...

Hi Andy,
Adding a new field to a table (in your case Invoice or InvoiceLine) in Method should also make it available on the Report Designer. You might have to close the report and re-open it to see the changes. Maybe that's why you didn't see it last night but it worked in the morning?

Hi Paulette,
A grid is just a visual representation of the data from the table and by default, the grids are read-only. I assume that you have customized the grid to allow for editing and new entries directly on the grid (steps 5 & 6 of grid properties) and that is why you are asking for a default value.

Great, but I think that’s under the Connect with Xora tab-link...what about under the Time Tracking tab-link? This screen should reflect the weekly time sheet from QuickBooks. What is the billable status for the entries in this area?

Can you please tell me what the billable status is for these time entries in Method? You can check by going to Xora Connector>>>Time Tracking and selecting a few of your suspect entries to view the full details.
